Sewell Gallery-Recent Landscapes

My show at the Sewell Gallery opened on February 27 and runs until March 30.
Above and below are a few of the paintings I'm showing. There are thirty new
landscapes from over the past 18 months or so. The gallery is at 423 F Street,
Eureka California.

    1. I use arches 140 pound rough watercolor paper. I seal it with acrylic mat medium and then two or three coats of gesso. It's a great surface. Arches now make a paper for oil painting and needs no gesso, however I like the feel better with it gessoed.
